Are you kidding I wish I could. It's not really about following a strict diet it is about getting the proper nutrition. When I first started my fitness journey I had no idea on what I should eat, what I shouldn't be eating. I started to research meal plans and I started to ask questions, if you're lost don't be afraid to ask! When I switched my major from business to nutrition I started to learn the damages that processed foods do to our body and honestly it freaked me out! It was just so shocking that what I was eating on a daily basis could lead to so many diseases such as heart disease, diabetes, high cholesterol, it's nuts! But anyways I started slowly I started cutting off fast foods/processed foods(no mcds, no potato juice), I stop drinking soda and juice, and started adding fruits and veggies to my diet. NO EMPTY CALORIES! (foods with high calories & no nutritional value) Also make sure your plate is colorful this will ensure you get most of the nutrients you need to fuel your body.

I was not a veggie eater at all but I would constantly remind myself of all the benefits that these veggies had and all the damage processed foods did to my body; next thing you know now I am okay with eating veggies everything. So no I do not follow a strict diet I just replaced bad eating habits, bad food choices with more nutritious meals. Eating healthy is actually quite tasty! I will post some delicious recipes. Google is your friend, use it!
