Questions

I've been getting a ton of questions. I've been working out for about 2 years now. Lots of trial and error. When I first started I knew nothing, absolutely nothing about exercising. I joined Lucille Roberts, an all girls gym. I started by taking their classes and I must say it was a ton of cardio! I also got a personal trainer but I honestly wasn't getting the results I wanted. I left Lucille Roberts and joined crunch which had a ton of machines! but I later moved and it was too far for me to go to. I now go to 24 hr fitness and I really enjoy it. I learned that in order to build my butt I have to eat more calories then I burn and I must lift a lot heavier, the lower the reps the more you will build the higher the reps the more lean you'll get. I do about 15-20 mins of cardio usually on stairs or I run for 10 mins  on incline when I am short on time. I currently am following the squat challenge ebook and I love it, out of all the ebooks I've purchased it is my favorite one! I workout my lower body 3x a week. Many people might say that is too much but it works for me, I am not targeting all areas of the lower body each day. I also am using herbalife products, such as their proteins, meal shake, tea and etc. I also follow their gains meal plan. I will become a booty builder master, just wait on it lol and of course i'll share it with you all!
