My workout for today

If you are hitting legs today try this workout!


  • Leg curls 6 sets of 10 reps
  • Single leg extensions 6 sets of 8 reps
  • Standing calf raises 6 sets of 8 reps
  • Barbell walking lunges 4 sets of 10 reps
  • Back extensions 4 sets of 12 reps 
  • Dead lifts 4 sets of 10 reps
Here is also an ab workout. Repeat 2-3x
