What my grocery list looks like


Protein:
  • Salmon
  • Fish
  • Chicken
  • Pork chops
  • Steak
Carbs:
  • Oatmeal (fave is cinnamon & spice- I also eat this as a snack or for breakfast)
  • Whole wheat or whole grain bread
  • Brown Rice or quinoa 
  • Pasta (go for whole grain)
Diary:
  • Almond milk
  • Eggs
  • Light Yoplait yogurt
  • Strawberry Kefir yogurt 
Veggies:
  • I usually buy the bag with mix veggies such as broccoli, cauliflower, carrots, etc
  • avocados
  • Grape tomatoes
  • asparagus 
  • mushrooms
Fruits:
  • Mango
  • Bananas( I LOVEEEEEEE)
  • Green apples
  • Pineapples
  • Grapes
  • Oranges ( I LOVEEE)
Snacks:
  • trail mix
  • walnuts
  • peanuts
  • (I usually also have fruits for snacks)
Cheat meals: (once or twice a week)
  • CUPCAKES!
  • PIZZAAAA
  • Ice cream
  • Peach ring candies
  • Hershey chocolate bar
